One platform, one per-seat rate.
BrainScribe is in closed beta. Eligible specialists run the platform free. Founding members keep their pricing for life. Subsequent waves are priced honestly when they're ready — never invented.

Things that aren't a paid extra.
The competitor lane is to gate the assessments specialists actually run behind upgrade tiers. BrainScribe doesn't. The list below is in every seat.
The full scale library
Public-domain and licensed scales — mood, cognition, ADHD, trauma, function, child & family, sleep and wellbeing — included by default. Licensed scales are enabled in line with publisher rules.
Performance test scoring
Raw scores converted against named norms — Wechsler, RBANS, CVLT-3, HVLT-R, Trail Making, COWAT, Boston Naming, Rey Complex Figure, more. Reverse-scored measures handled correctly.
Report drafts & trace-to-source
Composed drafts across six report types, with every clause traceable back to the scale item, the score, the transcript line, or the clinician note that produced it.
Audience, depth, modality skills
The draft can be tuned to GP letter, specialist referral, patient summary, brief clinical note. Standard, brief or comprehensive depth. CBT, dynamic, cognitive or generic modality framing.
Telehealth + structured scribe
Identified-speaker capture routed to the right report section. Structured clinical sections (presenting concerns, history, mental state) drafted from the transcript for clinician review.
Audit trail on every export
Every DOCX and PDF carries the audit footer — interpretation library version, fragment count, review status, generation timestamp. Referrer queries are answerable months later.
Five rules about how this is billed.
Per clinician, per month.
The unit of pricing is the seated clinician. Group practices pay per registered specialist on the platform. Receptionists, billers and practice managers don't take seats.
No per-scale or per-report charges.
Running a PHQ-9 doesn't cost more than running a K10. Drafting a comprehensive specialist report doesn't cost more than drafting a brief clinical note.
No lock-in contracts.
Monthly billing by default. Annual billing on request. Cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Records export with full audit trail at any time.
Founder rate is grandfathered.
Beta participants who stay on receive the founder rate at general availability. That rate doesn't go up for them when the standard rate goes up for new sign-ups.
Pricing is announced when it's set.
BrainScribe doesn't publish a number it hasn't decided yet. When the rate is set, it goes on this page — with the methodology in plain words.
Who the closed beta is open to.
The closed beta is restricted to AHPRA-registered specialists practising in Australia. Registration is verified at signup.
If you don't fit this window today — registered overseas, a researcher, a student, a journalist, a referrer — BrainScribe still wants to hear from you. The contact page has the right address for each route, and the newsletter on that page tells you when general availability opens.
Pricing questions, answered.
Why no dollar amount on this page?
Because the rate hasn't been set yet. Inventing a number to put in a card is the competitor lane, and it ages badly. Beta participants will be told the founder rate before it goes live; subsequent waves will see it on this page when it's published.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Records export in DOCX and PDF with the audit trail attached. Patient data held on the practitioner's behalf is deleted within thirty days of account closure. Practitioners retain their own clinical records on their own systems in line with AHPRA record-keeping obligations.
Will I be charged per assessment after the cap?
During closed beta, the cap is five assessments per clinician per month. At general availability the model is per-seat — no per-assessment charges, no per-scale charges.
Is there a group-practice rate?
Group practice arrangements are available at general availability — per-clinician seats with central billing and clinic-level sharing. Detail on the contact page; the partnerships address is the right route.
Are training or university-clinic rates available?
Education and training arrangements are on the roadmap for general availability. University clinics teaching neuropsychology, clinical psychology and psychiatry trainees should email the partnerships address on the contact page.
Founding-member spots are limited.
AHPRA registration required · 5 free assessments / clinician / month · Founder rate locked in for life.
